Loucia

The challenge

Loucia needed a clear way to present a highly considered, made-to-order product and help customers understand what can be customised before making an enquiry.

The outcome

The finished site presents the lodges, explains the made-to-order process and lets customers enquire and order online at lodgeloucia.com.

What we did

• —Product-led structure centred on the timber lodges
• —Clear explanation of bespoke options and the enquiry process
• —A visual direction that reflects craftsmanship and natural materials
• —An e-commerce foundation designed around a considered purchase
